Sepideh Dowlatshahi
Member of the Iran Central Bar Association since 2004, gained her initial experience with working for a number of law firms located in Tehran. After gaining a Master in Laws in intellectual property, Sepideh decided to focus on IP law and in such pursuits, earned considerable respect in the market having successfully handled a number of contentious and non-contentious matters. Such matters included claims relating to trademark infringement, copyright infringement (including protecting the rights of owners of multimedia works and IP in cyberspace) and domain name infringement as well as non-contentious work involving IP registration, patent and trademark license agreements, franchise agreements, publishing agreements and art consignment agreements. After three years of working at Bartar Associates during which she advised several companies in their transactions and projects and handled legal affairs of number of incorporations, Sepideh started her PhD course with focus on sustainable development [goals], environmental protection and corporate sustainability, in parallel of NFT and electronic contracts. Now, beside other assistance that she generally renders to our clients, Sepideh, as an attorney-at-law educated in IP with valuable knowledge in economic prosperity and smart contracts, is particularly dedicated to our desk for sustainability reporting assignments, modern technologies law and electronic business legal needs.
